As many of you know, TEMPO was born to support all those women who have a desire to become mothers, but who still don’t believe that the time to take the final step has come. Tambre has been carrying out fertility preservation treatments for years, but, that they feel they have a team behind them that supports them. At Tambre we have always followed this philosophy. However, we wanted to stress that the social freezing patient is not the same as the Tambre patient. They look for different things, they have different goals.
What is TEMPO Plus?
Well, unlike the conventional TEMPO treatment, in which only one cycle is carried out, TEMPO Plus includes two of them. These can either be performed during the same menstrual cycle or with a two-month break in between. In this way, more oocytes will be obtained, thus increasing the chances of being able to become a mother in the future, in the TEMPO that each woman chooses. You may be asking yourself: how long does the TEMPO Plus last? Our fertility expert, Dr. Jessica García Cataño explains that a fertility preservation treatment lasts approximately 14 days, and if the two cycles are carried out together, a possibility we explained earlier, the process will last approximately a little over a month.
For which women is it indicated?
This new extension of Tambre’s fertility preservation treatment is indicated for women with a normal ovarian reserve and who wish to ensure the success of the process. It is also recommended for patients with a low ovarian reserve, as sometimes, with just one cycle, not all the eggs that should be vitrified are obtained
