On the day of your first visit, our welcome team will be waiting to greet you and show you around. You’ll be taken to a cosy, private waiting room while we complete a short electronic form with your personal details.
We will likely request some medical tests in advance of your arrival so we can streamline the initial process and provide you with as much information as possible during your first visit.
Next, we will accompany you to your consultation, where your doctor and nurse will be waiting to explain everything and guide you through the entire process.
The consultation with our team of fertility-specialist gynaecologists is a key moment. It takes place in a calm, welcoming environment that fosters trust.
We understand that you’re taking a significant and often difficult step. Your goal is also ours, which is why your physical and emotional wellbeing will always be our top priority.
Our aim during this first visit is to offer a diagnosis that allows us to design and plan your personalised treatment.
After meeting our team and attending your consultation, if you wish, we can start with the most important tests:
- A full gynaecological examination and ultrasound to assess the condition of the uterus, fallopian tubes and ovaries and to identify any abnormalities.
A blood test to assess your Anti-Müllerian Hormone (AMH) levels and determine your ovarian reserve.
A semen analysis for your male partner (if applicable) and a sperm morphology study to detect any abnormalities.
We may need to carry out additional tests to study your case thoroughly before offering a diagnosis and prognosis for your treatment.
Once all results are available and all information is compiled, we prepare your diagnosis and design a personalised treatment plan, including a tailored quotation.
We will be with you from the beginning. And don’t worry if after your first consultation you have any doubts or need clarification.
From your first visit you will have a member of our personal counselling team who will keep in touch with you to answer any questions or concerns you may have.
With us, you have the opportunity to benefit from unique clinical studies that help us improve treatments and provide increasingly accurate diagnoses.
We are the only European centre conducting a clinical study using artificial intelligence to predict endometrial receptivity in the days leading up to embryo transfer — helping to avoid unsuccessful implantation.
We also use devices such as the Geri Time-Lapse incubator, which allows us to observe embryo development without removing them from the incubator.
